Reservation & Cancellation Requirements

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Checks.
 
 

Check requirements:

• Checks will not be accepted.
• A credit card is required to hold your room reservation.
• There is a 50% deposit for all reservations, this includes weekends, holidays & extended stays.
• Balance is due upon arrival.
• Full payment is required in advance on 1 night stays.
• No refunds on early departure or no show.
• Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 10 days before intended arrival date, unless your room can be rented for the entire reservation. If the vacancy is filled, your deposit will be refunded less $20.00 booking fee.
• There is a 2 person maximum per room.

Discount on extended stays of 5 days or more.

House Rules & Little Details  

 

• Smoking is not allow in rooms or around the premises.  If smoking is  detected in the room a $100.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. 
• We can not accommodate children under the age of 12
• No pets
• No food in rooms
• Check in time after 2:00PM. Please let us know if after 5:00PM arrival
• Check out time 11:00AM
• Guest visitation: Please respect our guest by limiting the number of visitors and the time they are here
• Front door is locked every evening at 5:00PM
• One set of keys are given with 2 keys attached, one is for the front door and one for your room
• If you leave or arrive after 5:00PM, pleae lock the front door. This is to insure security for our guest at night

• Fresh brewed coffee is available every morning in our dinning area
