- Checks will not be accepted.
- A credit card/or debit card is required to hold your reservation.
- There is a 50% deposit for all reservations, this includes weekends, holidays & extended stays.
- Balance is due upon arrival.
- Full payment is required in advance of stay.
- No refunds on early departure or no show.
- Deposit is $25 non-refundable if booking is made within 7 days before intended arrival date.
- Last minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- There is a 2 person maximum per room. We do not have any cots available.

House Rules & Little Details
- Smoking is not allow in rooms or in the building. There are designated areas for smoking outside. If smoking is detected in the room a $100.00 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- We can not accommodate children under the age of 12 EXCEPTION: Renting the whole house for groups/family
- No pets.
- Check-in is 3PM. Please let us know if your check-in will be after 5PM
- Check out time 11:00AM. Because of the busy schedule we can not accommodate late check outs.
- Guest visitation: Please respect our guest by limiting the number of visitors and the time they are here
- Front door is always locked. When you arrive for check-in time......... please call. (918) 567-5388
- One set of keys are given with 2 keys attached, one is for the front door and one for your room
- Any time you leave or arrive the front door must stay locked. This is to ensure security for our guests.
- Each room offers satellite television
- WiFi Wireless internet
- Ironing & ironing board available on request
- There is a refrigerator available upstairs
- Room damage beyond NORMAL wear and tear will result in a cleaning and replacement fee. {fee determined by damage assessment}
